Christmas Listing

"Hmmm," I keep saying to myself. "I wonder what the-sibling-whose-name-I-pulled wants for Christmas." (Hey. Are we telling? Or are we surprising? I'm unsure. Please put in your $0.02.)

If you're wondering the same thing about Ben or Anna or me, there you go.

The rest of you: put up a wish list! Otherwise, you're going to get something crappy for Christmas.

What do I want for Christmas? Well lets start the list with another Grand Child! Caleb is awesome, but he needs a cousin to play with. Perhaps a brother or sister to boss around.

Item number two: your personal history from childhood to where you are at now.

Item Number three: Dress socks. When Ben came home from his mission I inherited the majority of his socks. The colors are fading, and my fat feet are difficult to insert into the socks. I wish they would rip or something, but they refuse to do that. Now I know why Ben wanted to give them to DI,but my cheapness won. I became the proud owner of used missionary socks. Brent HAcket once told me he had socks that lasted 15 years. At the time he made that remark in HP Group meeting I coveted those socks. Now I know they must have been socks from hell, because these are.

Item #4 WNS polos are wearing out and I am throwing one away once a week now or so it seems. XL size. Connie typically buys them from Lands End.

Item #5 A ceiling Fan for the excercise room. (Formerly the game room.) Old Rdub is finally getting serious about loosing elgrande. That foul thing gets in the way when I'm putting on Ski boots. It would be nice to actually see your feet when you're standing up. I guess this means a lifestyle change.

Item #6 A nice money belt to be used on the cruise. It would be nice if it could hold a passport, and be easily accessable. (Melissa I realize I can't spell, maybe you can teach me how.)

Item #7 Recently I have purchased some investment books and DVD's. I could give you one of those and pretend to have never seen it, and be surprised on Christmas morning you were such a super shopper.

We are really trying to cut down on aquiring things. WHen it's time to move again I don't want to haul more than we did a few months ago. That was pretty crappy.

Item #8 I believe Brighton has a free ski day in January. I could use a sking partner.

Item #9 Cashflow Board Game, and a willing body to play the game with.

Item #10 Glen Beck says Apples to Apples board game is a good game, maybe that would be nice.

Item #11 Vonage has a usb phone gizmo. THe memory stick contains the necessary software to convert any computer that has a usp port and broad band connection into a vonage phone system. An ear bud and microphone simply plug into the memory stick. I'll need that gizmo when we crusie around Finland and Demark etc. When we're on land I plan to visit internet cafes and to use whatever is available on the cruise ship.

Well Folks old Rdub is getting pretty tired. I woke up at 12:30 am just a snorting and coughing. I hope I didn't wake my Dolly. She didn't move when all that was going on so maybe she stayed asleep. I hope so. It's now 3:00 am and I'm turning in.

update: I broke my headset this morning on the trdmill. While I was jogging away the cord got tangled in some leg action and broke the cord. I am in need of a wireless headset that will connect to the laptop.
